openbox s10 problems

help please anyone.
i've had a problem with my openbox s10 since i got it and subscribed to sat****r , i get good pictures but my picture keeps stopping sometimes for 3 or 4 seconds sometimes for about 10 seconds.
its doing my head in !!! is there something i am missing such as some software or anything like that ??? please help as it always happens just when you don't want it too,

Dont worry about it M8 its the server your best bet would be to try a different line from the one you have now, and keep trying until you get one that is not being used.

thanks bud for your reply, but the one i have now i pay for. should that not be my own as it's not a free one. bit numb on this kind of thing as i'm quite new to it . cheers
