Spain's satellite system Hispasat has begun to carry the signal of a new 3DTV channel, High TV 3D.
The channel will transmit in the clear with a 24 hour a day programming, seven days a week. It had previously broadcast from Eutelsat's Eurobird 9A satellite. Now it will transmits on the Hispasat 1E satellite on a transponder managed by the Israeli company RRSat.
High TV 3D will focus on entertainment, including life style programmes, documentaries and reality shows, among others.
