Update Firmware on Blade

My Blade BM7000 has The April Firmware on & I was wandering if I should update to the latest one.
If so, how do I do this?
& will this affect my CLine in any way?

Also, how do you adjust the volume on HD channels?

read the pm,and remember the firmware of BM7000s is different of the
BM7000

about the volume in hd channels what problem do you have?

When I increase & decrease volume it does not make any difference.
Volume stays the same.
