Problem with Vivacom TV on 45E

I have not signal on 11468V,11550V и 11632V. They are DVB S2.I watch every satellite 30W-68E.I have Ferguson Ariva 100. Any suggestion?

have you tried to rescan those frequency's you are missing in your receiver, or even tried a rescan of the full satellite @ 45E

How is your signal strength/quality on the following transponder?
45E Intelsat 12 (IS-12) 11500.00 V 2 Europe DVB-S QPSK 2960

I have tried but nothing. The problem is that on this satellite there are 2 packages- one for India(Dialog Tv) and one for Europe(Vivacom TV).May be because bulgarian channels are DVB-S2? I don't know.

Those freqs are all there and the signal is very good.

Do you receive the freq 11686 V S/R 5787 (where there is Prima TV and Kiss TV?)

If no then make sure you are on the correct Satellite or fine tune your Motor.

which hardware is in use?
Do you receive some transponders on 45?

ok, so its an hd receiver which is able to receive dvb-s2.

signal strength on the transponder is?

you should be able to reiceve vivacom. Update transponders ...

My signal strenght on freq 11686 V S/R 5787 is 85%, but on the other frequencies mentioned above i have no signal.

strange, how many transponders do you receive on 45E?

Perhabps you have to adjust your dish.

The problem is solved. I switched on LNB Universal(9750-10600) and now I have signal on every transponder.

Strange that it only appeared on 45E.
