    I found someone in another forum talking about decrypting this package

    Can anyone confirm this ? and if yes what is the requirements for this?

      sometimes they are open with the CW key, but nothing more

          it is not an public key package , u need an valid server !

              it open only on IPTV .... by receivers having this option on but not on CS
