    LNb for sly dish

In the future i will be upgrading to a 1m motorised dish but in the mean time would replacing the lnb on sky dish improve my picture quality-some channels are a bit choppy, and then use this upgraded lnb when i change my dish.

Whats the best quad lnb out there as there seems to be quite a few all around the £40 mark

If you have signal or quality problems just consider upgrading the dish diameter to a higher one, i don't think you'll see any improvement by changing the LNB

i buy inverto lnb black ultra, single high -gain low-noise 40mm and get much better signal.

      hdtv dvb-s2 compliant,0.2db

This LNB is a high performance product featuring the lowest noise figure available to address the need for superior reception under the edges of the satellite footprint skirt.
Thanks to its novel front-end architecture and superior components, this LNB provides higher conversion gain yet with lowest noise figure and best phase noise performance.
The combination of higher spec components, excellent isolation and advanced filter design enables improved handling of interfering spurious and provides the leap in the overall reception performance compared with standard LNBs.
This LNB enables the reception of signal from one satellite, its distribution to a single tuner Set-top box and is ready for High Definition transmissions.
Manufactured to the highest industry quality standards and designed to meet strict specifications, this LNB is an ideal solution for the satellite broadcast reception across Europe.

      Main Features:
      • Superior Phase Noise performance DVB-S2 (HDTV) compliant
      • Excellent isolation – extremely high cross-pol performance
      • Very low spurious levels
      • Superior Noise Figure
      • Higher conversion gain
      • Ultimate reliability

If you have a mini-dish then they are pretty standard in order to fit the dish. I got mine for only £7 and it does the job as well as my 1m dish with 0.2 LNB.

If your dish is aligned correctly you shouldn't really need to spend lots on an LNB? I'd check your alignment first :-)

The inverto is a good lnb....another make is the 'Best' 0.1db of german design. One thing though there is nothing like having a bigger Dish to make up for those weaker signals although to be quite honest with you the 'Best 0.1 seems perfectly tailored for the Sky U.K. because it brings in those signals 'loud and clear'.
