Sky says it gained 51,000 new subscribers in the first three months of 2011 pushing its total to 10.1 million.
Sky's nine-monthly results show it signed up 189,000 Sky HD subscribers between the start of January and the end of March 2011, giving it 3.7 million overall. 26 per cent of subscribers now take its phone, TV and broadband package and the average revenue per user has increasing 8 per cent year-on-year to £544.
