    Hi,

    I live in east midlands UK, what size dish do I need to receive 30W?

    It can also be picked up with about 100cm if set up perfectly.

      Thanks for the quick reply

      I have a 1m dish with a 0.1 Icecrypt LNB so i might try a tweak or two to see if I can receive anything.

        You might try with transponder 11972.00V which is quite strong in your region and carries a number of FTA channels.

        Also note that since 1e arrived, this position is undergoing constant transponder changes, so check kingofsat to make sure your transponder list is up to date!

          I live in the E Mids and get Hispasat load and clear on my 1m dish with 0.2 Lemon LNB.

            I've had a good look at my dish position and used www.dishpointer.com as a guide. Seems the corner of my house is blocking the satellite.

            Looks like i've gotta reposition the dish!

                I've not come across that site before, looks to be very useful for those tricky installations where trees/buildings etc block a clear path to the dish!
