viasat card and spiderbox

i have viasat card with original box but when i put the card in my spiderbox it does't work, yet my s*y card works perfect anyone got any idea's tia

Perhaps it needs a boxkey? When you press on the card menu does it list an option for the boxkey with the red button?

The answer to this is that the card may be paired to a box ... Which provider is it ?

Ok fair enough!

I believe it was Viasat he was after....I thought that pairing was only for HD channels with some providers or have I got that wrong?
