db500+cccam OR PC with satlover CCCAM plugin?

Hi there guys, just hoping for a bit of advice:
Which of the following 2 set-ups would give me the fastest decoding?
(i'm in UK, so NDS. hence the need for fast ecm updating)
Either; install cccam on my db500 and put Cline from satlover,
OR use a PC with sat-tv PCI card and the "satlover cccam plugin" software, with Cline from satlover.
I ask this as a free member looking to make decoding as fast & smooth as possible, but am also looking at upgrading to premium member. (don't know if that will make a difference to your answers).

no one willing to give me a little advice as to wether a dreambox with cccam or a pc with the
"Satlover-CCcam Plugin (for All sharing Protocols)" will give best results??
