Many channels have more than one audio streams, Try another audio stream that work for you

and he has being told that without success
so don't replay another's replay

Can you state the Frequency of the FTA Channel please...because as far as I know they are all encrypted

maybe u need to change audio languague if chanell suport

that's indeed the solution I think. Somethimes I have the same problem with some channels, sound is back after doing this.
Also zapping between channels helps. If there's no sound after software update of your box you need to reboot if it hasn't been done automaticly after update.
