    Video but no Audio

    On 9E E! entertainment channels open for me but have no audio. I have DM 800HD What kind of problem is this ?
    Vu+ Solo2
    Dream Box 800HD,
    Neotion 3000, Skystar2, PTCL IPTV
    HP LCD W2338h
    Samsung LED 40 C5000

      did you try rescanning. also try to record a few minutes then analyze what kind of audio it has using your computer. use bitrate viewer plugin to understand whether you receive any audio streams or not.

          It could be streaming in a format not supported by your box/image or it could be an audio id problem when scanning the transponders

                  Is there an "Audio" button on the remote control? If yes, press it and see if there are any other options.

                      You could also indicate the satellite where you have this problem, or is a general one ?

                          This channel is on the 9 east and part of kabelkiosk package and freq. is 12437 H. I try to check audio stream before but no audio on this specific channel.

                              try to set audio pids manually. if E!Deutscland is the channel you meant, it seems it has four audio channel on below adress.

                                          It looks to be ok to a friend that has view to 9E, he told me that's all ok with audio PID on 9E, it is probably something with your box
