better you use two single ones
0.1 Db on a 80cm dish is more then enougth for europe, on this satellites and using like you suggested two independent LNB's

Note that different transponders may have different signal levels.
              Look for the weaker ones.

So when you set the dish up try and get the best signal on the weakest transponders? is this right, ive got a fixed dish and cant lock on some of the weaker transponders.

Yes you are right, but sometimes fixing one transponder would affect other, when set up the dish try to get over 80% signal and quality for all transponders and then you can relax and enjoy !

if it`s a dual lnb you have to focus on the sat with the lower signal.
but it`s very complicated to get really a good signal strength on both sats at the same time like i mentioned before
                      cheers

You'll never get a strength signal from two sattelites with a dual LNB !!!
