so one card with package (sky uk) had sd and hd chanels or its need to pay extra for hd

u need a hd receiver to watch hd channels
u cant do it with a sd receiver its different tuner inside

With hd receiver you can watch DVBs and Dvbs2
with hd receivers both of them open. with common receiver you can receive just sd channels
of course in dvbs2 might the channels be SD like orange in hotbird

my question was if i subscribe to one card and its cost 80eur a year do i need to pay +20-30eur for hd chanels or this is for all chanels

Yes it depends on the Boquet you pay for. On the legal subscription you have to pay extra for the HD channels in the past but some providers give it now in the standard packet.

SKY UK costs an extra £10 on top of your existing subscription for access to HD channels. I think the same applies to SKY italia but Im not sure about that one. But sky UK for sure as I have it.

So peer must have and hd card to decode hd chanels wit regular card its can not?

Yes, the peer providing the card that is being shared requires the HD subcription. That is way say on server 4, the HD channels sometimes work, then they don't work. It is because we are connecting to various peers that do or do not have HD subscription.
