CS opening some channels

I have problem that hop1 card on server1 doesnt whant to open some channels on Total TV 16E and it will open some of channels.

I would understand that it doesnt whant to open HBO and it easy open Discovery but it is opposite.

Discovery is on basic package and to have HBO you need to buy at least basic+HBO package, so why it doesnt whant to work like it shuld work.

You see on picture discovery dont whant to open and HBO 180ms

Can anyone who have access to server1 confirm that problem or it is just problem with me

No I taught of that and I test some other basic channels and some of them work and some of them not work.

Looks like a problem with the card. Did not test another card?
