The Cryptoworks encryption of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) and the pay-TV platform AustriaSat is obviously cracked - thus you can, among other things view the high-definition programs without official ORF Smartcard.
The first indications of a successful attack appeared on Monday and Tuesday in several German forums. The ORF Austrian Broadcasting daughter Service (ORS) is responsible for the platform and spread the programs that can now be received without a subscription.
A software emulator was released, which now is available in many relevant satellite forums for download. The ILTV firmware is available for digital receiver of the series Edison Argus VIP and various models of the company Octagon. Other receivers such as Clarke Tech will follow.
