I have recently got a spiderbox 7000hd and managed to set up motorized dish (i think) reason i say that is that i have setup lat and long ok and dish and motor according to lat - my problem is that i can pick up astra hotbird nilesat and a few others and get channels but i cannot get hellas sat - best signal is 85 and 2% on q whether i turn dish or alter vertical - what am i doing wrong

Do you mean the picture will not clear?

I wanted to watch footy on Hellas last week, I thought the channel would clear with any software CAM, but it would not clear for me.

try update freq.
u may need biger dish if signal is low in your area

You probably didnt setup motor OK, so try to find 39E manually and if you can find manualy then your problem is bad setup of motor.
