after many weeks i still have no service

have not had any channels opening for weeks,channel lists show.... select any channel and only black screen...tried via vpn router same result...tried other ip providers and they work fine..so the problem lies with forums ip provider..have now stopped my ip payments as ...not paying for no service and after reporting the problem for weeks no help or service,need a totally new line,password etc as i am paid up for future weeks,iff and when service is back payments will resume
