IPTV on LG Smart tv

I am new to iptv
I installed the app on my tv
my problem is how do I transfer the playlist to it
I have a test line
http://iptvfullhd.***x/***/get.php username=***xx&password=*********=m3u&output=ts

but I don't know how and what i transfer to the tv
Do I do it with some tool,, throgh IP address,,,with usb?
will appreciate any help and thanks

you need to go to the siptv.eu and enter the details in along with your MAC for the TV
