Iptv stopped working on starsat 2000hd hyper

Hi, I recently bought a Starsat 20000 Hyper. After using for 20 days, the IPTV stopped opening, the F2 button is not active anymore. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks.

Best way to find out is to contact your iptv provider.

try this points in sequence :-

1- make sure that your box connected to internet.
2- make sure your iptv file still work fine (contact iptv seller)
3- press f1 than quick press 258 -- reboot your box.
4- update box firmware to the latest version .
