Not booting when copying IPTV program over to box

Hi,

I ftp'd over the files into the correct directory, but now my duo2 wont reboot?

I am running openvix. VU+ Duo2

I copied over contents of VU+DUO2_VTI7.tar.gz

Box Would not boot when all files copied over, Navigation.so went in /usr/lib/enigma2/python - so I deleted Navigation.so and it now boots ok.

All the other files in that directory /usr/lib/enigma2/python - end in pyo

The remainder of the files went in usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\Extensions\CMS_IPTV

So it must be Navigation.so causing the problem?

Most important is that it's working. Must depend on image you use if the navigation.so is responsible for conflict
Fresh install is always the best when you install software of any kind

I also encounter the problem on Openpli for Solo2, after installing Iptv plugin, it give green screen , when zap back any Sat channel, anyway Iptv working

Its not being installed, just copied over via ftp, its not an IPk file, so not being installed. Just a bunch of files.

Mine seems to install on Vu+ solo 2 VIX and I can run it (just copied it over and set the new /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/CMS_IPTV folder (and all files) to chmod 755. I can now enter my user/pass and then connect and get ch list which returns new boquet created but I can't find it in my list???

No, l did not install it, I unzipped the files on my pc and just copied the files over. there seems to be a conflict with the file Navigation.so and Navigation.pyi

how is this installed, its not a ipk file?

Mine now working. I unzipped and FTPed the files over to /lib as you can see the file (intended) paths in the ZIP. You do need to chmod 755 the new folder and all files (and folders) underneath.

The reason mine was apparently connecting and apparently getting and creating a new "CMS (IPTV)" boquet was failing seems to be that my password was entered with a space! Once I corrected it, I tried again and it took a few seconds this time to create the new boquet - enough for me to think that feels different and now the channel list is there. I'm running on a Vix image on a VU+ Solo 2 though so obviously I download the VIX one.

download your receiver supported file
upload it to receives's /tmp and in telnet run this command
tar -xzvf /tmp/filename.tar.gz -C /
Your receiver must be with latest Image

I have zgemma h2 and the box not working after i have deployed the plug in.
I have used DM800-NEWNIGMA2-CLONE.tar.gz and E2_openpli.tar.gz but not working and the enigma2 restart continuously.
I have italysat 7 firmware.

With problems contact the support of the iptv service you use, personally I think you didn't use the correct plugin, your box isn't dream box (real or clone). Maybe try other plugin. Once again if problems contact the iptv support service they offer. Good luck

Maybe some links need to be updated, with yellow button in main program where you also input your login info you can update your bouquet. I don't think other iptv software will help as it's specific software made by iptv.solution.
Contact their support if still problems, links to their applications and how to get support are mentioned on forum in post from iptv.solution.
