Maybe it's the speed of your internetconnection, if you can connect to your receiver with WiFi and Ethernet try both to see if signal. I suggest you contact iptv.solution with Skype for sure (contact info in iptv section) and explain your problem. Good luck.

Hi, i'm from Italy. I have a Zgemma H2H with OpenAtv5.3 and XCPlugin. When i open a list of channels, i can watch a channel only for about 20 seconds, and than it stops, it freezes. To watch it again i have to change channel and return on it, for other 20 second and so on. Do someone have something to suggest me to solve this problem?

Yes thanks @ralf I agree the Windows app is a bit clunky but to give them credit they do advise that it is not recommended. I see the point with the M3U file but I thought that the connections were filtered with username etc. The problem is with hundreds of channels by default I would just like to filter them down & arrange them in my preferred order. However migrating from CS, I still have a bit of learning & understanding to go with the whole IPTV area.

I am successfully running a trial on my Ultimo 4K & very pleased with the performance. There is a bewildering amount of channels available but that is where my problem is.
I have asked with PM & Skype whether there is an M3U file available or a means of editing the GUI so that I can either create Bouquets or filter the channel list on the GUI to just have the channels of interest available.
I have not had a response yet. Anyone have any suggestions?

Update: I have just had a response via Skype & it appears that other options will open up with a paid account, & may I say, very reasonable they are too!!

Hope I'm in the right place to ask question.
I was hoping to avail of Trial but I'm not sure which to download. I am using Openbox V8S and the type of file I need is m3u. Can anyone help please.

Did you install mx player on your box? Can be downloaded from G... playstore. Normally this is needed if I'm not mistaken to be able to open the iptv channels from iptv.solution.
You'll find info in the iptv section how to contact their support. Skype is the fastest way, good luck

What is the format for the MAC address for activation in the E2 Trial ?

I have tried these three versions

0c:c6:ac:02:3f:c2
0c-c6-ac-02-3f-c2
0c.c6.ac.02.3f.c2

Our Script accept only this format
0C:C6:AC:02:3F:C2

No response from iptv solutions regarding my connection, i have tried several times but no response. Has this service been discontinued, i have been a subscribers for the last twelve months but all of a sudden it has gone down. Anyone shed any light on what is going on. Thanks in advance jo90.
