All I get is a black screen no sound when trying to use the iptv app on a andriod box....any suggestions

Contact iptv.solution for support. Maybe before reinstall the app, also check your settings are ok (username, password, etc) and I think you will a media player to like mx player. I'm just guessing here, I don't know how their service works.

i think i missing something here
but you write (WebTV Remote.apk)
to me it sounds like you shall have either your pc or stb online when you shall
view something on your phone

i did make the test today
its working fine on Windows 7 PC
but i would like to have it on my samsung Galaxy S5 mini

i did install the WW WebTV Remote.apk
the app is starting and i also can log in and see all the channels.......

but i have a black screen

what player do i need ?
