Picture keeps freezing but sound continues

Hi all
I Have a Tecnomate 3t combo and find that the the picture keeps freezing but the sound doesn't on card share channels. Trying to find a resolve for this. Is it that the server is too far? It says "Net (0.204)" on channel at the moment but can be as low as 0.045 and still freezing.
Details of box:
Hardware: TM-Nano-3T Combo
Micom Ver: 138
Image: Openpil 3.0
Kernel Ver: 3.9.7
Enigma: 10-29-2014
upgrade: 22-4-15

what about your mounted card ?

Could please tell us on which channels you have problem?

You must know that there are some channels that allow the sound to be free but the picture is encrypted.

I don't remember know on which packets this is happening but if you give some channels that you have problem , I can check it.

The problem seems to be on all except FTA ones. The cccam server is 22 hops away in germany with a 30.1ms reply. Thinking I might need to find a server in Ireland. But to be honest not sure if its the problem as only a newbie to all this

Obviously, the server you are using is very bad (hop 22)

Btw how do you know about the hop?

I believe that the problem isn't the server.

When a delay is occured on ecm reply from the server (because of the distance) both the picture and the sound are freezing and nothing is playing.

You said that you can hear the sound, but you can't see the picture.

Please tell on which packets - channels you have the problem.

I did a trace route to find how far away the server is after reading about them being too far away.

Herself has informed me that both (pic & sound) go often enough. Could you explain packets to me? Sky UK and Ireland channels that require decoding are the problem channels.

Only using sat channels as not got round to reading about setting up iptv,

Reduced CCcam.Prio to just 3 lines this eve and not froze yet... fingers crossed!!

Hopefully it is just your line but sometimes it can also be software related. Some patches/firmware/image that you are running simply contain bugs that come alive under particular circumstances. Try upgrading/downgrading to a stable software version should one that is known to be stable exist.

Packet = bouquet = skyUK, skyIT, skyDE, canalsat, polsat etc

I don't use at all CCcam.Prio and everything is ok.

I hope you know what are you doing in order to have better results

Mabe your problem is the firmware of your box , as odysseas1991 said above.

Try to upgrade your box with a new firmware when it is available.

Final, the channels of the skyUK have encryptions both on sound and the picture which means that when the server has problem and can't send the reply immediately, you must get freezing both on picture and sound.
