    Advice please

    Hi guys,
I currently have a technomate 1500ci+ with feeds from hotbird, astra 19.2 and 28.2. I was thinking of getting a linux box for c/s, can anyone tell me if the Technomate TM-2T Enigma 2 Linux HD PVR Twin Tuner is a good buy? Also my 1500 is patched so that I can put in the Rai keys monthly to watch rai4 and the encrypted stuff on rai 1&2. Would I be able to do this on the TM enigma 2? Lastly could someone please pm me on a reliable (not too expensive) c/s site? many thanks, Eric

    Re: Advice please

    Hi rinaldi1,

The TM - 2T is actually a very good buy for a twin tuner it has the same board and chipset of the Duo but is a lot cheaper, best thing to do is to have a read through the many guides on here about CCcam and the softcam.key file which is needed to open your current channels you are watching now.

This box will do a lot more for you than your current 1500+ its a good buy for the price.

    Regards

No pm from me, but why not try satlover servers (freeserver to test and have an impression of what's possible - and premium server -> seems reliable and stable).

        Re: Advice please

        hi rinaldi1.

tech-no-mate 1500ci+ was box i used upto 2 years ago, very good at that time, but technology moves on, not much available now via patches.
as our good friend digicon says tekky boxes still good, i only use spider7000 but for me suits my needs.
satlovers premium lines (in-expensive) believe me as i check a lotta sites, will give you plenty to view on many, many satelittes, but if you not use motor best to install one.
i see you new member so there is plenty for you to read and catch up with.
