At first, If you would like to flash new version of SW.
Dont forget about this steps.
All plugins must be stopped!
Delete all files from /var, you can use green button or FTP
Make a System restore defaults
Then you can install new SW to the receiver.
It is good to store your dish settings to USB, usually file *.FDU or *.IRD

Porter

This utility [Porter] is for complete erasing of unwanted and hidden files in your receiver, wich can cause troubles, freezes, or other problem. Use it through RS-232. Best to use, before flashing new SW.

OSD capture plugin

Plugin allowing the OSD imaging (ie, menu and info panel). Installs in / var / bin / - Standard as plugin.
After running still run in the background and images to create OSD after pressing the button labeling / uncheck the remote control.


Creates bitmaps in bmp format and store them in / var /.
Plugin serves rather for users who like to provide guidance for controlling or access to certain functions. This plugin works in fw version 1.07.97

Auto-Reboot 24H plugin

I solved the problem of how to do a regular restart the HD-Box for stability and unfortunately I have not found a solution.
Cron is not, unfortunately, so I created a script that had the HD-Box every 24 hours at a time between 3h and 4h morning to restart the box.

Who wants to try both and let you know how he works ... I personally still works just fine.

Note: If you have some plug-ins so I recommend to upload via FTP or network drive.
