I have a Jepssen mediabox st-4 HD with a CCCP_Team image.
I noticed that no matter what CCCP_Team image version I use, the parental is always active even when it is not activated (in other words even when it’s off).
I have tried versions 416 to 418, but it’s the same.
Is anybody experiencing the same issue?

Yes, i had the same problem with my Jeppsen ST5-HD.
It's not depending on firmware but from settings.
I use Jeppsen SettingMaker and when you set the satellite and other general features (switch, tone etc.) you can set use of Parental Control.

I have the same problem even when I use settings updated online and not by USB.
