New remote control functions .....

Video key button shows video record path...
Red key button manage extensions
Yellow key button time shift (not work on this version)
Audio key button select audio channel
Media key button aspect ratio
Blue key button sif extra panel


note..test only on qboxhd if someone cant test on mini ,please
report results .

- fixed few sensewheel bugs on qboxhd
- added few qboxhd customizations
- fixed a bug that didn't allowed you to use tuner slot 1 when tuner slot 0 was empty
- empty slots are now showed in the tuner menu
- fixed bugs on keymap
- minor bug fixes for stability
- added a SD skin (people with Scart or SD resolution should use this one)

Oscam 5227 installed and working
Local readers OK : Just add your Local Caid on Oscam.server (Upper or Slower slot)
Tuner set for : 19°, 13° 23° and 28° (just make a Factory Reset and then enter your Conf if needed)
Settings From 15/05
To Start Oscam : Press Blue -> Emulator -> Card Server -> Press red
