Qboxmini HD clearing space temp

I wonder if there is a method to clear space in E2 from temporary files.
My impression is that from first flashing fw my dec keep on coming slow.

Exist a plugin/utillity for this
Search on QUT server or Satstation server and automatically install

I looked for QUT server but I didn't find.
However My image is Satstation so I should be ok.
