freezy on IT provider News

Hi,
it's a long time that I've freezy on S*Y TG24 or TGMeteo or CNN in italian provider 13 east.
I believed that it was an ECM line problem due to satlover free lines.
Instead checking even oter "Premium Ccam Server" the problem is still present.
Any idea? I'm using Vhannibal motor setting for my Qbox HDmini.

Is quality of signal of trasponder ok ?
Do you have any problem with Snai Sat or Easy baby that are in the same trasponder?

I try to give you further info:
SNAI SNR% 88% AGC 61% no freezy
BABY TV SNR% 87% AGC 49%

Problem: TGMeteo24 SNR 88% AGC 61% a lot of freezy!

For knot2 I've resync transponder but without solve this problem.
