Qbox HD mini crashlogs
Hi, I'd like to add some notes found around the world about crashlog .
There is some useful extra information when there are green screen issues/Crashes
1/ Provide Crashlog --- These can be found generally in media/HDD
2/ State keystrokes used to cause Crash
Also if you have a NULL Modem cable then provide information from below
1/ Connect up Null Modem cable between QboxHD and PC
2/ Download and Install Putty (attached)
3/ Open up Putty
4/ Click on Serial
5/ Change Speed to 115200
6/ In Saved sessions type 'QBoxhd mini'
7/ Press Save
Now select Open and a new window will open. Any keystrokes or activity occurring on your box will appear within this window.
Now try and replicate the crash and capture the output of this by clicking on the top left of the window and select save to clipboard.
Then open up notepad and paste the information into it and then add the information gathered to your crashlog thread on the forum or direct to Duolabs
