I decided to buy new hd receiver

is there any diffrence that receiver openbox has 667 mbis cpu skybox 697

which one i will buy ?

Neither of those stick with the SkyBox F3 has a far better Build quality and the Skybox has more support than the X5

The recent F5's are badly manufactured with a lot of different hardware problems you would
be lucky if got one without any faults it uses the same firmware as F3/M3 therefore uses
the same channel lists. The X5 build quality is better but the channel list uses a .bin format
therefore hard to find channel list unless you want to make your own.

My advice to you is try the openbox 6000HD, Cloud ipbox these are cheap Enigma 2 boxes,
Vu+ solo clones a good starter box, you get 7 day Epg and a lot more soon to be rebranded
as Vu+solo mini.

Some will advice not to buy clones but for under £90 you can't go wrong.

Did not like my Skybox F3, awful teletext and could not store to many channels.
I also got artifacts when it got hot, and occasionally reboots when switching to HD channels.

So I also advice you to go for Openbox 6000HD or a Dreambox clone.

I got a DM800 HD pvr clone instead and I'm very happy, 1000 times better than my Skybox F3.

I think that ultimately will prefer a clone of the dream as they are widely supported ......
