Skybox F5 smartcard Problem

I have a smartcard for Canaal Digitaal Holland

My Skybox F5 (just recieved it 3 day's ago)

Opens all the HD channels but not all the SD channels.
I installed the last firmware on it.

I tried also a Cline with the smartcard in my dreambox and still the same problem.

The SD channels keep come up like scrambeld.
On my dreambox i can look to the sd channels.

The cccam info give this

Does your box open other FTA SD channels? Card is possibly for HD only.

It opens FTA SD channels. It opens also SD channels on the smartcard but not all the channels. (in my dreambox 800 all the channels work but not in the skybox F5)

Have you tried a channel scan try this then see if the sd channel open then

ok , i will do a channelscan on astra 19.2 and let it know , thanks for the help

check frequencies on king of sats or lyngsat - indeed, most sd channels are still on Astra 1, I'm surprised HD works and SD doesn't, normally it's the other way - pretty sure subscriptions of CD has the sd channels as standard, most hd's are in optional packages, with exception of NED1+2+3HD.

The F5 seems to have a problem with a certain make of lnb, the same the old
openboxes had, I can't remember but I think the V channels weren't being
scanned the solution was to put a inline diode I think but a ready made
solution was available on ebay. (You could also change lnb)
