skybox F5 clone?

hi i like to ask if there is a skybox F5 clone out there cause i find some of them for 50euros and others for more than 80euros both without gift. so is there any chance the cheap one to be a clone? i found a local man selling one for 50 and will check it out later this week any sings i should have in mind to look?

I don't think there are F5 clones about the going price for a new F5 is around the
£50 anything above this without a gift is too expensive.

There is not any f5 clones they are all over the net for £45 to £50 i would not have a gift better to buy box then have a premium line from satlover

How can anyone charge £200 for a skybox and get away with it?
Imagine some poor noob might actually buy this when they could have got a
better stb.

Even their return policy does not seem friendly:

Just so you are all aware there are Clone Skybox F5's available as there was F3's and most of the openbox's. there are numerous reports going about from different forums saying they have bricked the F5's with clone kill firmware

Two different factories are making skyboxes that might be what is causing the firmware problem need to get firmware from one or the other.

the Manufacturer url is www.skybox.cc , Yojiatech sell the skybox from them, You can download the firmware from skybox.cc or Yojiatech, earlier version or Latest version. Some Message I can tell you is : There is a few Skybox F3 and F5 clone version in the market , the clone box can't upgrade the firmware from the www.skybox.cc or Yojiatech box. Please be careful to select your sellers.

You wont know until you try and flash the firmware to the box it will come back with file mismatch

Ok cheers so I'm guessing if it comes back file mismatch I just get the other file and it won't brick my box

I have a problem to solve, skybox F5 turns on but remains fixed background image, the rest of the OSD menu and all gone
