          Firmware you put on the root of a USB drive then update your files in the tools section on the box.

          Channels you update by downloading the channel file 'TP_PROG.dbs' with the 'F3/M3/X3/Q3 Lan Tool' found on the site I linked in my previous post.

          This file you can update with the tool found in this post

          After updating the file choose export - NOT save.

          And upload the file to the box with the 'F3/M3/X3/Q3 Lan Tool'.
