OPENBOX X3 not detecting all satellites

Mate has got a problem with his openbox X3 it has a fault detecting all satelltes. Is this just a matter of his satellites.xml needing to be updated. If so i will stick a new one on my flash drive and pop round and sort it for him. Thanks in advance but i don't know much about these boxes is it fairly simple to stick a new satellites.xml file on there. Can they use DCC and if so where do i put it

Its a lot easy to add a satellite on these Boxes
You need to go to satellite menu and add new satellite. Just enter the name and the location of the satellite for example (Hotbbird, 13.0 E).
It will move the Motor to that Location If you are on USALS.
    Then do a Blind Scan.

Good Luck and give us feedback!

Make sure to backup your settings before reflashing the system. For me its not a problem because the last time i flashed my system was in April. If a firmware is working for you then there's no need to change or upgrade.
