Openbox S10HD

Hello,
I've recently bought Openbox s10 on the bay, I was told it's original. However, I read on the net that there is a lot of clones, actually, it doesn't bother me, but I could set up a newcamd server but I couldn't to set up cccam server (I was looking here - in free section), but seems that it doesn't even try to login also I couldn't check any HD channels, I'm watching 75e and 13e.

Could there be any software bug with the cccam server?
Should I upgrade to the latest firmware and where should I get it?
How can I check if it's a clone or an original?

how much did u get it for? if u don't mind me asking. i didn't win a spiderbox bid today and was quite surprised how expensive they are even though it is 2ndhand. i'd consider buying an openbox if it isn't that bad. how is the support?

thanks halilyil, is it an original firmware version?
will it solve the cccam problem, I tried a lot of cccam server and all of them seems to appear offline.
can it damage my receiver?

does not hurt, cccam works, I am using the chip id: 1015

today I got my cline working for some hours so I guess all my attempts before was a server issue, I guess it's very hard to find a stable one.

actually I have cline problems too. the nline works good if it's gets online cline can be online but do not work most of the time, any solution for that?

Thanks halilyil but I should of mentioned Openbox S11 HD besides your 1st link dont work and your 2nd is directed to patch and manual downloads that crash thanks just the same.

I read on the net that openbox s9 firmware is compitable with s10
openbox.ua/receivers/s9/ - is this s9 have anything to do with s10?
from the video I can see it works much faster and the menu is different from mine (it's same as can be found in 1st ******d manual for s10)
what will happen if I install the firmware?
also it's almost 23mb

I have just spent a whole morning looking into a cline for my new Openbox S11 I did eventually figure out what was wrong. Seems that satlover password with the underslash between the symbols is not acceptable for the Openbox and thats after 4hrs at it. Merry Xmas boys by the way.

cannydo: try to load it from the file, it works but not stable that's it. I don't know if it's server side issue or the receiver

Tried the config file way and I could not get it to recognise the file. I have a Spiderbox 7000HD I took the 2 clines I have from a private server off there and managed to enter them in the openbox. But for some reason I could not get them to connect I have since gave up for the day. Seems to be a network issue of some kind as connection fails after about 10mins.
