BMP to Logo Converter for OpenBox S10

How to use:

Step1: check have following files

|- bmp to logo.exe ; application
|- PAL.par ; PAL parameter file
|- NTSC.par ; NTSC parameter file
|- README.TXT ; 

Step 2. generate new logo
=======================================
1. Put this tool in one fold, for example: D:\BMPtoLOGO\*.*
2. prepare logo file, it should be 24 bit BMP format, and the size of input BMP file must be720*480(NTSC) or 720*576(PAL), and put this file on the same fold of the tool, for example: D:\BMPtoLOGO\*.bmp
3. Run "bmp to logo.exe"
Select "Open" to open D:\logo.bmp
Enter size of logo in "Size", please do not input "bitrate" (the size is more bigger, the convert picture will be more clear)
Select "Convert" button to generate object file, for example "D:\BMPtoLOGO\back_logo.m2v"
4.Use USB or LAN Tool Upgrade this logo file to your HD Receiver.
5.restart the HD Receiver, it is changed the Back logo.

This is New CCcam1 Emu For SH4 Proc
All Config on etc
Set In Auto Mode CCcam400-start File Then Reboot Your Box
Menu-Plugin file CCcam400-start put on auto mode and restart resiver.
Emulator (softcam) and klient CS (cccam.cfg)
/var/etc/cccam.prio can be removed.

I wish people would include change logs when posting firmware updates.

Change log for 11.10.2011;

• Uses the new S10 GUI rather than S9 style.
• New multi-channel edit & move features
• Selectable option added for clock display or just red light when in standby (does not appear functional yet)
• Improvements to motor function
• Added more language support

Factory Test Menu
Click Menu -> Tools -> Information and then press '1' [5 times], you will then gain access to the Factory Test Menu.

Additional Smart Card Information Menu
Click Menu -> Tools -> Information and then press '7' [5 times], you will then see additional basic smart card information, you will of course need to have a smart card inserted.

Can you provide further details as this is the second post in as many days that doesnt appear to be the for the receiver as per the title of the sub forum.

Adding some text when you post the links may help some of us who are new to the scene. For example where is the source / Change log / Instructions for use?

In the Openbox Menu under card sharing where you see CCCAM, MGCAMD etc. there is an option called AVATARCAM.
When you press ok on this, the options asked for an 'Active Code' ?

Does anyone know what the code is, or have any information on what this is?

I've been thinking recently. The OpenBox S10(S9) are based on the Ali3602 processor. Which is the same processor as the Opticum HD X403p.

Here are the similarities
Both based on same processor Ali3602
Same/similar piece of hardware
Both are updated via the NCRCBootloader and used .ABS files to update the firmware.

So I took a look at the hex from an OpenBox S10 update and an Opticum HD X403p.

Here is the first 39 address locations of the openbox:

I am unable to copy the alpha characters at the moment - wont paste? But basically they are identical show they require the same bootloader

but the identify afterwards is different. There is space to edit or change the identify - and Im wondering if I edit the ident to match the one required by the openbox, would I be able to update my openbox with the Opricum firmware?
