try to fix viaccess emm on some card. I commented the set provider code as this is causing the issue. Newcs doesn't send this command on emm update. for more info, read my comment in the code

Please dont power off your receiver bevore Upgrade is done!

- Fix "Black Screen" Problem on Timeshift
- Fix Fastscan crash
- Fix some minor bugs in drivers
- Add under "Settings"->"Manage settings"
Factory reset menu so you can clean the flash
if needed.
- Init drivers in 1080i Mode
- Fix some minor OSD bugs
- You can install from now some ready Channel Settings
using Internet Update menu.
