You can flash via usb. An easy way and no network needed.

If you are trying to back up your image, go to plugins, software managements and there you can back up your system!

(I might be wrong) but I think you are asking someone to share their backup with you, so you just can restore and use. It might worth asking in the international section, so people from your area can help, as end of the day you want to watch similar stuff

What Image are you trying to use?
              OpenVIX, OpenPLI,.....
For these I know that you need to format the USB to FAT32.
Download and extract the image to UBS, so you have a folder in USB ET5x00 with four files in it, you can rename the file called noforce, to force to make the installation automatic (but make sure once finished remove the usb and wipe it, otherwise everytime you switch off and on, you reinstall the image).

plug the usb in and turn on your unit, job done

                  Re: Xtrend ET5000

I believe the OP is looking for a Backup image already done and not help with actually backing up his own image, I have one for the ET9200 so sadly incompatible with your receiver.

It is always better to start a fresh anyway and modify any image from the very start and make it your own, for this purpose i would recommend the Xtrend Alliance image for your ET5000 it is very stable and has everything you need via the online servers
