    Flashing images on ET9200 & ET6000

    Before you flash an image on the ET9200 or ET6000,
    you must upgrade your bootloader first.

    For ET9200, upgrade to bootloader et9x00 (click here to download)

    For ET6000, upgrade to bootloader et6000 (click here to download)

    How to Upgrade the Latest Bootloader via USB memory stick:

    1) Download the bootloader et9x00/et6000 file
    2) Unzip the downloaded file then 'et9000' / 'et6000' folder will appear
    3) Copy that folder into the USB Medium

    Insert USB medium into either USB sockets on the front or rear panel.
    Power Off and Power On through the powerswitch at the rear panel of the box.

    After Power On, ET will detect if there is a bootloader available on the USB medium.
    On the frontpanel display will been shown if there is ET bootloader found.
    To load the bootloader you'll need to press the "OK" button which you can find on the frontpanel behind the clep on the right side. (OK button is the third button counting from right to left)
    The ET gets into state of upgrading. The firmware will be load and on the frontpanel display you can see the process.
    Please be patient because it will take couple of minutes to finish upgrade.
    The box will startup automatically after the upgrade is finished.

    -Warning-

    During upgrading, please don't unplug power or shut down STB.
    After upgrade is completed, you will see the VideoWizard screen.
    As soon as you see the VideoWizard screen, don’t power off within 5 seconds.

    -Important Note-

    Don’t upgrade the Bootloader and Firmware at the same time.
    Make sure that in the USB stick only needed files for either Bootloader or Image should be contained while processing for either Bootloader upgrade or Image upgrade.

    How to Upgrade the Latest Image of ET9200 or ET6000 via USB memory stick

    1) Download an image file for the ET9200 or ET6000.

    Some of images for the et9x00 are as follows:

    Clarke-Xtrend-Support Image V3

    HDF-Teamimage v4.2 16.10.2011

    Some of the images for ET6000 are as follows:

    2) Unzip the downloaded file then 'et9x00' / 'et6000 folder' will appear. (if the folder name is different: if you have a et9200, change it to et9x00, and if you have a et6000 change it to et6000)
    3) Copy that folder into the USB Medium

    After Power On, ET9200/6000 will detect if there is Image available on the USB medium.
    On the frontpanel display will been shown if there is an Image found.
