Elite and Premium share the same firmware so in terms of functionnalities both devices are the same.
AZBOX Elite
- NO internal HDD possible (but external HDD on USB port supported)
- 2 * USB 2.0 at the back (no front USB)
- internal power supply unit (but no heating problem so far)
- the remote control is only for the Azbox
AZBOX Premium
- Possible to install an internal HDD
- WiFi B/G buit-in
- 1 * USB 2.0 on the front panel
- 1 * USB 2.0 on the back panel
- external power supply unit
- the remote control is a "universal one" so you can also manage your TV with it.
The Premium case is sligtly larger than the Elite one.
The Premium has more external buttons (menu, exit, Home)
The Premium has 3 leds:
- blue when the box is on
- red when it is recording
- green when a HD channel is displayed.
