Oscam DVBAPi -> Oscam Server connection via camd35 protocol: Actual requested provid by client is now set as reader[n].auprovid on clientside via CMD05. ToDo: Filter EMM with auprovid before send to server. This will later avoid EMM errors on serverside (if EMM is for wrong provid)

fix reader-videoguard2.c that I broke. Restored to 3033 version with minor fix to atr list. removed reader-videoguard-common.[c,h] for now. If we want to do it, someone with a NDS2 card will have to do it as I have no real mean of testing this. Sorry for the breakage guys.
