NEW: Priority Management Feature can be off by interface or directly from PriorityManagerSettings.txt .
NEW: DYNAMIC_SLEEP, MAJOR_SLEEP_TIME, MINOR_SLEEP_TIME parameters added. You can change this Parameter in PriorityManagerSettings.txt if you are not satisfied (or problems with) Priority Management Feature. This gives you more control over the priority Management.
