    Azbox and 3D

I wanna confirm you all Azbox HD models are compatibles with 3D transmissions. I've tested it on Azbox Elite connected by HDMI cable 1.3 to a Panasonic 42GT20, it works perfect, just need to select into TV 3D menu the option Side by Side on. You can test it on Astra 23.5 East, there are 2 FTA 3D channels: Astra 3D Test and Brava 3D.

This is great information. Could I ask for some photos. How the image looks on TV?
I know that without the glasses will not see anything but just for illustration.
    Thank you.

It's impossible to take pic, like you've wrote you need glasses to see 3D effect. If you watch 3D channel without glasses you'll see like you've bad analogic reception tv signal (double image).

        Re: Azbox and 3D

It would be interesting if there could be some plugin for recoding splitted mirrored 3d pic into (lower quality) normal pic.

for users with no 3d tv.

        is it technically possible ?

I didn't understood your question well, now 3D sat transmissions are side by side, so if you wanna watch in 3D you must select side by side option on your 3D tv. If you don't have 3D tv you'll see your screen divided in two parts with same image, you can record this transmission on HDD like all other transmissions (this using Azbox clearly).

@1kreanga - there is no plugin for 3D picture recording, if you dont have 3D TV.
