- Fixed Wizard -> We use newer Wizard source code then RTi

Enigma 2 RTi core RC1
What is new :

- New Kernel with better stability improvements.

- New Overclock driver for SAFE overclocking of Sigma SMP8634 CPU up to 370 MHz .

( Overclocking is done On-Fly with step up size of 10 MHz, and this is VERY SAFE Method which allow You to overclock CPU of Your AzBox up to 370 MHz ,

if something goes wrong, on reboot there are routines which will reset CPU to default clock, so nothing can happen ).

- Fixed A/V Settings, VFD and Standby plugins are separated now.

- New Mediaplayer files, so DVD .iso and .ts files are supported now.

- Overall stability and speed of Enigma 2 is better and improved.

What is comming in RC2 :

- Recording and DVB Subtitles, and other stuff regarding functionality

- You can expect RC2 before 31.12 or on New Year eve

There is some litle bug in RC1: you can't wake up receiver from sleep mode, only way to this is reboot.

Info about new FW (E2 RC2) that will come soon.

- New Overclock driver/module ( You can safely set freq. of CPU if You need more speed, and this will not affect stability of Your receiver ).

- Recording / Subtitles - In Final phase, You can expect in next release

- A/V Settings fixed ( Changing resolutions and outputs for HDMI, Component, Scart etc. )

- Several other fix-es on Enigma 2.

In new RC2 it will be implemented new cod(almost done), new drivers for S/S2,C,T,ISDBT(ready).

If You get green screen when entering in A/V Settings, and Enigma 2 crash, type this command in telnet :

touch /etc/deinterlace

Or simply upload this file to /etc directory by FTP.

RC3 UPDATE REPORT:
OK/FIXED
- first boot WIIzard menu (OK, no green screen) - HDMI
- A/V Settings menu (OK, no green screen)
- CrossEPG command line added (OK, now works without having to add manually, line to enigma2.sh, just go to MENU and select CrossEPG and setup your settings, i chose XMLTV MEO/ZON, downloaded and rebooted, EPG perfect for 5 days)
- StandBy tested 5 minute standby, wakeup fast, (OK, also hdmi hanshake really fast, 2 to 3 seconds instead of the 40..50 seconds in previous releases when TV was turned off or AV changed)
- Mediaplayer, no greenscreen playing 2 .avi and 2 .mkv (OK)
- Set record,record and stop record, manual process is pefcet,smooth and fast. (OK)

Improvement:
- HD channel stutter is less noticeable,not yet perfect, but better, 30w Hispasat tested.
- General box smoothness,speed and response, way better. Also random COG for half a second totally disappeared. (OK)
- Zapping faster and smooth . AZBOX HD ELITE, HDD-USB 500gb mounted as /media/hdd.
Sony Bravia 40w2000 Full HD for tests.

Please be patient as most of the work has been done in the dark.

- Added support for .TS file Playback ( Now You are able to play recorded material directly from AzBox )

- Added support for Timeshift

- Several fixes on .py files for better stability


In progress : We will move soon to the new structure / skeleton, and we will introduce support for DVB-T, DVB-C and second DVB-S2 tuner ( just for Premium+ model ). Result of this changes will be better stability and functionality of Enigma 2 in AzBox HD Receivers.

Also, RTi team wants to express big THANK YOU to SIF Team, which also announced support for AzBox HD Devices.
