I bought a diseqc switch that turned out to have an extra input for a DVB-T antenna. Does anyone have experience with this in combination with an amiko 2 about how to do the cables for it ?
Should I use a splitter 0-1300 MHz to split the signal from the switch into the DVB-T antennainput on the alien with an piece of coax having an F-connector and a normal tv-plug and the other part of the splitter into the sat input or is it more complicated than that.
And how about an DVB-T antenna with or without 5V ? does that influence the 12V from the sat input or does the 12V from the sat input blow up an active DVB-T antenna so I should use an old yagi (with impedance correction coax to prevent it from melting away the original balun or is a standard yagi balun strong enough for 12 V)
Or is it just better to use the DVB-T antenna seperated from the sat-coax ?
