    hey,
    sorry for the dumb question, but i have looked around.
    what model is the Amiko Alien 2+

    i have seen references to SHD8900, but my understanding is that this is a different box

      A late reply but the SHD8900 is a single tuner Alien1 and Alien 2 are twin tuners.

          the alien amiko 2+ triple tuner.
