Did you perhaps update acrobat player?
Or times ago did you choose automatic update for it? (never do such a thing...)

You have to give more details what is the error message?
There are a lot of things which will give error message.

What are you trying to play it on? Computer ? Sat Box ?
You need to provide a lot more info.

The only problem I can think of is to try and reflash you box. There may be a file currupted which will stop ******* from playing. If the problem still exist then try to upload another formware.

same problem with skytec boxes, actuall fw have a bug, so we need to wait for a new fw

I think ******* might of changed there system and you will need an update your firmware or plug in

the technomates have a problem with you **** as well so as said update needed

cheers everyone for all your feedback..using amiko alien shd 8900...******* working on friday and then on saturday it would not play videos..changed firmware and still same problem..have to wait for update then.....cheers

in spark 1.2.56 ******* is not working,return to 1.2.54

"Unfortunately ******* has changed their API service without any notice.
This is why your receiver is currently unable to play any videos.
We are going to release a new Spark software to fix this issue, hopefully next week.

The situation is also similar regarding the Weather Forecast service, however unfortunately the ****** Weather API service is no longer available.
We are currently looking for another Weather Service to implement, however unfortunately I can't let you know any exact information regarding the time."

Oh well... that syas it all. So no more services from ****** on STB's. ****** has recently announced that they are going to retire its very own "i******" from 2013.

amiko website just released a fix for ******* playback ..new firmware 1.2.58
