It will have ip restrictions as the content is drawn from the bbc that checks for a uk ip address

Extract and copy extracted file to /var/plugin/bin folder, change permission to 755. Put configuration files in /var/oscam. Wait a few seconds before going into plugins menu to activate. Remember to deactivate any other oscam versions or emu before starting new version.

configuration files for oscam will be installed in var/keys or if you use a newer version under tuxbox/config

or do you have a problem with the zip file itself? unpack it and put the directory "plugin" on a usb drive

You can take your old config files and transfer them or setup new ones (i find this is easiest using webif).
